HVAC/R Service Manager
Company Overview:

Compensation & Benefits:

Position Summary:
As the HVAC/R Service Manager, you'll oversee high-level operations within the Service Department, effectively carrying out the following tasks, duties, and responsibilities:
- Establish and accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and enforce company/client standards and expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for Supervisors and Trainers.
- Ensure up-to-date and effective training materials to facilitate proper equipment maintenance, start-up, and operation for customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance appraisals and reviews.
- Optimize service schedules and routes.
- Promptly and professionally address client inquiries.
- Provide client feedback to the company for continuous improvement.
- Oversee OSHA requirements and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in ICE Machine and commercial HVAC systems.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and assignments.
- At least two years of HVAC/R service technician experience (preferred).
- Minimum two years of office and management experience.
- Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and conflict management skills.
- Basic understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation.
- Post-high school education from college, trade school, or the military.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background.
- Flexibility to work non-standard schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to represent the company at conferences and industry trade shows, when necessary.
Location & Schedule:
This position operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with availability required for nights and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
